Aspidistra fungilliformis Stargazey Tigridia The first of the flowersAspidistra fungilliformis 'Stargazey' is a 2009 introduction from the former Asiatic Nursery of plantsman Barry Yinger. This clone forms a low, dense groundcover of 10" long x 2. 25" wide, heavily yellow spotted leaves. In early December, check below the foliage for the fascinating sangria and white flowers that emerge from the wiry creeping rhizome. Where this isn't winter hardy, it makes a superb and easy to grow house plant. Maintenance: Aspidistra
