The Background of Releasing “Metamone GPT”

“Metamone GPT” is a service of chatGPT with Teams system, released on April 1st, 2023. ChatGPT is a chatbot published on November 2022 by OpenAI, applying artificial intelligence (AI) to have natural communications with us.

While AI systems evolving, we still have these 3 problems to put these systems into business: 1. every official sites and supports are written in English, 2. need to open an individual account, 3. security challenges to protect confidential informations. Therefore, we released this “Metamone GPT” to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with cutting-edge chatbot service systems (that answers to your every detailed questions) into business, and it would bring increased productivity for daily work.

“Metamone GPT” Overview

This system enables the users to communicate with AI easily on one of the communication tool of Microsoft365. To have various communications with Metamone GPT, joining the team is only required. (Various communications are like: consulting management, preparing a draft of the text, gathering informations about business and etc.) By applying it as a connector for Teams, users can do the following actions:

• use chatGPT on Teams chat that is familiar tool for users
• administrators can check the chat usage history by using Power Automate (RPA)

How to Use

This service is currently available as part of advisory services at no additional charge (as of April 2023). (The beginning of providing Metamone GPT service individually is undecided yet). You can use this system after creating team and account exclusively for advisory contractors*.

*The number of chats may be limited depending on the number of chats per month.

Current advisory contractors are able to use this systems without any additional charge.
