Stout 56) Hemerocallis 'Chancellor' is a superb Arlow Stout introduction from 1956, just a year prior to the famed daylily breeders' death. This amazing late flowering (late July August),semi evergreen daylily produces 55" tall stalks of lovely orange red flowers, highlighted by a yellow center.
