KAGAMI Crystal Edo-Kiriko Sake Glass - Hydrangea / 鍋谷聰 紫陽花 b29.4.24 and Raijin - the JapaneseThis crystal glass is made by Satoshi Nabetani, a Master of traditional crafts in Japan. It features a chrysanthemum on a blue backdrop. Mr Nabetani uses a thin layer of blue coloured crystal glass placed on top of colourless, transparent crystal glass. With cutting and gravure sculpting, the lower layer of colourless, transparent crystal glass emerges, creating a vivid contrast with the coloured crystal glass layer to make for a beautiful object,
