The urn and pedestal are in two sections with a circular urn of monumental size standing on a square plinth, the urn is decorated to the top with a band of demi lunes in relief, and adorned with bronze applique masks with foliate & floral panels in between. The base of the bowl of the urn with acanthus leaf decoration and the urn is raised on a turn socle & square base. The
